I decided to study Computer Science before I'd ever written a line of code. I just loved the idea of being able to build so many different things. Thus, after after a few "just let me know if I'm crazy" prayers and talking with people in academia, I matriculated into one of the hardest technology colleges in America.

In addition to the academic and hobby projects you see on this site, Computer Science has led me on professional adventures at a scale I would not have imagined. My work has impacted consumers on 5 continents and found me using cutting edge data pipeline and cloud computing technologies. I've made product suggestions as a domain expert and engineering ambassador, I've learned more new things than I'd expected to learn in 3x as many years, and I've transformed systems from "barely hanging on" to "best of their kind". I'm grateful for the opportunities God has put on my path, and I am always excited to see what He does next.
